Somebody has to explain to me..

How come the idiots get the promotions?

Why is it that the incompetent manage to kiss a** to management and get ahead. Management must just love the lips.

As usual I"m the worker bee..doing the magic while the micromanaging, marginally incompetent as a manager person who is between me and the rest of the world gets a promotion, and knowing htis person..a raise as well.

I guess I'm just not willing to manipulate enough and slide out from under accountability enough to get ahead.

if this is the case..so be it!
